Love
Letters & Notes was created
to inspire positive decisions and healthy adaptation
to changes in life following significant loss.
The book encourages readers to hold on to virtues
that help build loving relationships, positive
self-esteem, and confident direction. Readers
are also encouraged to let go of thoughts and
feelings that may be negative or hurtful, such
as fear, jealousy, resentment, or guilt. Each
of us faces loss and change uniquely. While one
person may cling to u nderstanding from friends,
another person may focus on taking time for personal
reflection or embark on a much-needed adventure.
Many families have discovered that faith, hope,
and love collectively serve as a compass while
surviving the most desperate and tragic of circumstances.
It is important that you hold on to what matters
most while you journey through the healing process.
